Amazing experience with Trenchless Sewer Repair. I had an odor in my bathroom that no other plumber could solve. Mike came out and was able to find the issue with a rotting pipe that was deep under my tub. It was not an easy task at all and took 2 days with all the digging but he resolved it perfectly. He was determined to find and solve the problem and really saved my sanity.I highly recommend TSR!!
Their crew found a substantial leak in our sewer pipe outflow under the floor of our washroom big enough to snag his camera.They had it replaced and the cement done over in a day and left everything clean.

They did a CIPP pipe relining for us and then came back and replaced a lot of old piping in our basement. Everyone was great to work with. Almost instant response to communications and everyone showed up when they said they would. Everyone was friendly, informative, honest and professional and delivered high quality work at a fair price. I recommend TSR highly and though I hope I don't need to see them anytime soon, They'll be on speed-dial if I do.

Trenchless Sewer Repair relined my sewer pipe, after roots penetrated the pipe in two places. Despite having to dig through concrete in a downstairs bedroom, the crew completed the job in only a few hours. They were prompt, courteous, and very thorough. I would definitely use them again!! One last thing, Diane was fantastic in answering my initial questions and helping me set everything up.
Rich always answers the phone when you call. He quoted me the exact amount we ended up paying for a full 60 ft liner in a clay sewer pipe that had extremely old bushes and trees above. He had to take a look before to make sure he knew and that lasted about 5 minutes as well (which was nice since we are all working and going to school from home). He said it would take about 4 hours to do and they were in and out in less than that. One thing to keep in mind is that he will probably be EARLY to any appointment he schedules -- a nice change from the usual waiting game most service providers play. I would recommend him to anyone that has a collapsing, compromised, deteriorating sewer pipe. It isn't as scary as it sounds! He'll fix it!
I called plumbers and excavation companies for weeks before I learned that what I really needed was a drain liner. My house is in a challenging location and digging up the drain would have been very messy and expensive - AND I couldn’t find anyone who wanted to do the job. Then I learned about trenchless drain repair and searched google. These guys were responsive and were able to give me some clear rates over the phone. Then when I called them to do the job he came two days later and inspected the entire line and gave me a quote to repair the entire thing. It was on par with one other plumber but he was able to do the job the next day! They arrived before 7am the next day and had the entire drain done by 10:30. I was a little shocked that a four hour job (three guys) could cost so much but I am confident it was done well - they offer a ten year warranty on the work.
I recently had a trenchless sewer line installed by Rich and his team at TSR. These guys were incredible! This was a project I put off for over 4 years because of the cost and the fact my entire landscape was going to be destroyed in the process. I got multiple quotes from excavation companies from $10k to $14k and to be honest most wouldn’t even call me back after they saw the project. When I spoke with Rich he assured me that it would be easy for them to get in and out with minimal disruption to the landscape. The cost was also much more affordable vs. digging up, destroying and not putting my yard back together like all the elevation companies were proposing.To be honest, I didn’t think it was possible but these guys came in and left without anything being out of place. I was shocked! They even brought in a small excavator to do a spot repair where the tree roots had collapsed the pipe and it still looked like they had never been here, the dig was on a patch of mulch. I literally can’t say enough about this company, their professionalism and quality of work! Keep it up guys....still amazed! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
